This application was created to enable the ability to shut down any web browser that is running on a computer.  The reason is simple.  Web browsers such as Microsoft Edge launches many instances of itself which robs your PCs memory.  When Shutdown Browser starts, it also starts the Windows task manager.  There reason is to show you what browsers are running and the amount of memory is being used by each instance of the web browser.
